JACKSON, MI, JUNE 20, 2011 – Great Lakes Caring, one of the Midwest’s largest providers of home health care and hospice services announced that Frank Ashe of PHR (professional human resources), has joined the company as manager of recruitment & employment. The announcement was made today by William Deary, CEO and founder of Great Lakes Caring.
Ashe will oversee the recruitment of employees, including experienced RNs, LPNs, OTs, PTs and PTAs. Prior to joining Great Lakes Caring, Ashe was allied health manager at a prominent Midwest health system where he supervised the administrative and technical staffs and developed and managed recruitment programs.
A graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in organizational studies (emphasis in human resource management and organizational development), Ashe has been a professional in both the health care and recruitment industries since 1990.
