What should I do if I have searched the list of available opportunities, but haven’t found the right position for me?
Simply visit our Career Portal, and submit a general inquiry. From there one of our Talent Acquisition Representatives will reach out to you to gather an understanding of what you are looking for and help you plan for a future position at Great Lakes Caring.
What can I expect after I apply for a position?
Great Lakes Caring has a Talent Acquisition Team dedicated to assist you throughout the employment process. Once you apply for any career opportunity, a team member will be assigned to review your qualifications in relation to the position(s) you are interested in. If there is a potential fit, a team member will reach out to you to provide additional information about the position(s), answer any questions you have and act as a consultant to ensure that there is a strong match with what you are looking for in a career opportunity.
If I’m selected to interview, what should I do to prepare?
If selected to interview, your assigned Talent Acquisition Team member will contact you to coordinate a time for you to meet with the relevant hiring manager. It will be at this time we will request the completion of a full online employment application and submission of five professional references with full contact information, including email addresses.

Transitioning into a new career is made easier because Great Lakes Caring offers an orientation and training program that is individualized for each new employee. All clinicians are teamed with a mentor or a discipline-specific resource to start their Great Lakes Caring career successfully.
