Magazine’s list of fastest-growing private companies in America. Great Lakes Caring placed number 4108 on the list and its ranking is attributed to a 69 percent growth rate. That success led to the creation of more than 1,000 new jobs over the past three years (408 employees in 2013, 487 in 2014 and 696 in 2015).
